AgentHub.ie ("AgentHub", "we", "us") builds custom AI solutions for Irish small and medium businesses. This policy explains what personal data we collect through this website, how we use it, and the rights you have under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Irish data protection law.
Who we are
AgentHub.ie is an Irish AI development company. For any privacy matter you can contact us at sghaith@agenthub.ie or by phone on 087 788 2676. We are the data controller for personal data collected through this website.
What data we collect
- Contact form enquiries — when you submit an enquiry we collect your business name, contact name, email address, phone number, and the details of your requirement.
- Chat assistant conversations — messages you type into our AI chat assistant, along with the same contact details if you choose to provide them, and a pseudonymous analytics identifier used to measure where enquiries come from.
- Analytics and advertising data — we use Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and Google Ads conversion tracking. These set cookies and collect pseudonymous usage data such as pages visited, approximate location, device and browser type, and how you reached the site.
We do not knowingly collect data from children, and we never ask for payment details through this website.
How we use your data
- To respond to your enquiry and provide the information or consultation you requested.
- To operate and improve the website and our services.
- To measure marketing performance (for example, which page or advertisement led to an enquiry).
Legal basis
We process enquiry and chat data on the basis of taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries. Analytics and advertising cookies are used on the basis of consent where required.
Who we share data with
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers that help us run the website and respond to enquiries:
- Google (Analytics, Tag Manager, Ads) for measurement and advertising.
- AI model providers (such as OpenAI) that process chat messages so the assistant can respond. Chat messages are processed to generate replies, not used by us to train models.
- Hosting and automation providers that run our website and workflow infrastructure within the EU where possible.
Where data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, it is protected by appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
Cookies
This site uses cookies for analytics and advertising measurement (Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads). You can block or delete cookies at any time through your browser settings; the website works without them.
Data retention
Enquiry emails and chat transcripts are kept for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting business relationship, after which they are deleted. Analytics data is retained according to Google Analytics' standard retention settings.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, or erase your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. To exercise any of these rights, email sghaith@agenthub.ie. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Irish supervisory authority, the Data Protection Commission.
